Returns & Exchanges policy

We accept returns and exchanges. The return of the products can be made within 14 days, calculated from the moment of receiving the product/s. Exchanged items are shipped out to the buyer free of charge. Please note, customised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We aim to process returns and exchanges within 5 days of receiving the goods.
